Job Title: Engineering Project Management

At Schneider Electric Norge AS, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Project Manager to join our team. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing, engineering, planning, and resourcing multiple design projects within the End User Projects Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver multiple projects, ensuring financial understanding of the projects, including procurement, invoice approval, and variation handling.
  • Define and understand project goals, objectives, and performance measures to ensure they are met or exceeded.
  • Carry out or be responsible for engineering design of BMS and integrated projects, including I/O schedules, description of operation, control panel design approval, plant schematics, H & S documentation, and O & M documentation.
  • Support, coach, and mentor projects team members through the successful delivery of projects, identifying specific project issues and producing proactive plans to resolve knowledge or skill gaps.
Requirements:
  • Experience in BMS projects or equivalent industry.
  • A data centre background would be beneficial.
  • PLC knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
Education:
  • HND/HNC, degree in engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience.
