FLT Driver Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced FLT Driver to join our Manufacturing team at our Barry site. As an FLT Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial forklifts trucks, moving raw materials and finish products around the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial forklifts trucks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Complete daily pre-operating checks and record any faults on a Defect Report
  • Ensure timber, pallets, and packaging are available as required to maximise production and quality
  • Represent the company professionally when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals
Requirements:
  • Current counterbalance FLT licence or site-specific counterbalance licence
  • High level of Health and Safety awareness
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
