Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Techniche Global Ltd. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex CNC machines, programming and optimizing processes, and contributing to the production of high-quality precision engineering products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain 3, 4, and 5 Axis milling machines, from programming to process optimization.
• Program, set, and operate CNC machines using CAM software such as Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, or PowerMill.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in CNC machining and CAM software.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining, specifically with 3-5 Axis milling machines.
• Proficiency in CAM software (Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, or PowerMill).
• Expertise with HAAS machines is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: Up to £55,000 per annum with overtime.
• Hourly rate based on experience: £63 per hour for HAAS machine specialists.
