NHS Scotland is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Medical Secretary to join the Respiratory Service within Glasgow Royal Infirmary. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective medical secretarial support to Consultants and associated medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical secretarial support to Consultants and associated medical staff
- Organize and manage Consultant's workload, calendar, and work commitments
- Coordinate inpatient waiting lists and manage relevant documentation
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Respiratory Service team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical staff and other stakeholders
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to develop skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 packages
