About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our Strategy and Planning team at Diabetes UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for embedding and managing our impact measurement and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the use of learning gathered on impact across the charity and enable the wide sharing of this learning.
  • Work strategically and operationally to embed and introduce tools and methods for collecting, managing, analysing and reporting impact data.
  • Develop and create written and verbal impact-focused reports demonstrating the impact of our strategic delivery for senior leaders and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Highly IT literate and experienced at using reporting and evaluation tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence teams across the charity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
