We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Revvity. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives and partnerships with our leadership teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business leaders to understand their HR needs and priorities.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on employee life cycle issues, including talent management, performance improvement, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HR Leader to design and implement HR initiatives that align with our business strategy and People & Culture Strategy.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational performance and growth.
  • Work closely with hiring teams to develop annual workforce plans and hiring strategies that attract top talent.
  • Support leadership teams in designing and implementing organizational structures that meet the needs of a fast-growing business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform HR strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience in HR Operations, including reward and payroll.
  • Strong employment law acumen and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to understand the bigger picture and drive business outcomes.
  • Self-sufficient in the use of HR tools and technology.
