Assistant Finance Manager

Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Part-time (28 hours minimum)
Salary: Up to £37,000 depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced Finance professional with a strong background in Payroll and Accounts to join our client's small and friendly team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain a wide depth of exposure, working closely as a key support to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Payroll and oversee transactional processes
- Perform Accounts reconciliations and support with management accounts
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Support Accounts assistants with training and development
- Perform other relevant duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an all-round Accounts role
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A great team player
- A self-starter
