The Role of Breakfast Chef de Partie
  • Prepare and cook a classic à la carte breakfast menu using quality fresh ingredients and adhering to recipes, specifications, and standards.
  • Oversee and run a designated kitchen station, ensuring consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality breakfast dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Train and supervise Demi and Commis breakfast chefs, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Work as part of a professional team in a well-equipped kitchen.
  • Full-time and part-time roles available.
We're Looking for a Breakfast Chef de Partie
  • Previous experience at Chef de Partie level within a busy environment.
  • Availability and travel access to start at 03:00 am.
  • Strives for excellence and inspires others.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excited by this opportunity and interested in what we do.
  • Holds the Right to Work in the UK.

Expected earnings from £15.50ph
