Automotive Claims Examiner

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Damage Review Specialist to join our expanding Fleet Solutions team at M Group Services.

The Fleet Solutions team is responsible for managing a fleet of over 9,000 vehicles, including cars, light commercial vehicles, and heavy goods vehicles. As a Vehicle Damage Review Specialist, you will play a critical role in reviewing and challenging damage repair costs and estimates from our supply chain.

• Review and challenge damage estimates from our supply chain to ensure costs are in line with industry standards.
• Negotiate with the supply chain to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Review and sign off on body shop repair estimates.
• Review lease company damage charges.
• Update internal systems with Vehicle Operation Reports (VOR) from various sources.
• Monitor and escalate delayed repairs.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient completion of repairs.
• Agree and process vehicles deemed total losses.
• Provide regular reports and insights.
• Identify opportunities to utilize telematics information for Road Traffic Incidents.
