Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Frasers Group Financial Services team. As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with our functional leaders to deliver month-end reporting and financial forecasting. You will also be responsible for owning and providing financial forecasting and tracking, ensuring commercial benefits are realized and aligned to functional goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver month-end reporting and financial forecasting
  • Own and provide financial forecasting and tracking
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulatory, FS regulatory, and legislative standards and expectations
  • Manage the tracking and monitoring of all Financial Services projects
  • Risk Management

Requirements

  • Studying or Qualified Accountant
  • Experience in preparing, analyzing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements
  • Ability to plan and prioritize effectively to meet changing priorities and demands
  • Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow data and information to highlight opportunities and minimize risk
  • A proven track record in a complex business environment
  • Proven ability to business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately
  • Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels
  • Ability to influence and strategically partner
  • Strong Excel and modelling skills
