The Role of the Graduate Mechatronic Engineer:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Mechatronic Engineer to join our client's internal technical support team. As a Graduate Mechatronic Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing application support on mechanical applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Conducting thorough testing of products to identify and resolve any issues.
- Collaborating with the design team to develop innovative solutions and improve existing products.
- Creating accurate and comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
- Investigating product claims and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
