Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a reputable nursery in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team of educators and support staff, promoting a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging curriculum and lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and daily activities.
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of children in your care, adhering to nursery policies and health and safety guidelines.
  • Regularly observe and assess each child's development, behaviour, and needs, maintaining accurate records and sharing progress with parents and caregivers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 recognized Childcare qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and the team.
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and adherence to nursery policies and health and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team, promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere.
