Advanced Technical Trainer - Construction Plant / Powered Access

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Technical Trainer to join our delivery team in Agricultural Engineering, Construction Plant, Rail, and Bus and Coach. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction, skills, and knowledge of the next generation of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality and progressive training and assessment to apprentices in Construction Plant and Powered Access
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training is relevant and up-to-date
  • Support the development of apprentices through mentorship and coaching
  • Contribute to the development of the Reaseheath Engineering Apprenticeship Academy

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled and experienced engineer in Construction Plant and Powered Access
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality training and assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to undertake further training and development
