About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. As a key member of our commercial interiors team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with our Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for managing projects from initial contact through to completion, collaborating with our design and project teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage projects from initial contact through to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to deliver exceptional results, meeting client expectations and exceeding their needs.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Design, Architecture, Marketing).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Adobe Suite and AutoCAD an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in sales and design.
