Job Summary

Harrington Starr is seeking a highly skilled Murex Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our clients' Murex systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide high-quality technical support for Murex systems, including EOD chain support, weekend releases preparation and coordination, incident solving, and configuration management for development and integration environments.
  • Incident Management: Analyze and manage incidents, propose solutions, and identify underlying root causes for recurring problems.
  • Process Improvement: Promote and implement improvements on IT processes, monitor technical services activity, and propose improvements for performance.
  • Technical Releases: Manage technical releases and ensure smooth deployment of new features and updates.
  • Environment Management: Manage all Murex environments, excluding production environments, and ensure they are properly configured and maintained.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and coach newcomers, leverage expertise through a continuous training program, and write and update documentation covering technical aspects of Murex platforms.
