ROLE OVERVIEW
Are you an experienced care assistant or aspiring to enter the Health and Social Care field? This opportunity may be ideal for you.

HealthHarmonie is a provider of community-based outpatient services, specializing in areas such as Dermatology, Gynaecology, and Minor Surgery.

We are seeking to hire Healthcare Assistants to become part of our expanding teams, primarily located in Stoke, to support the delivery of outpatient community services.

The primary responsibility of this role involves welcoming and accompanying patients during their appointments, as well as providing administrative support to our medical professionals.

Personal care is not a component of this position.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MOBILE HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT


As a Healthcare Assistant at HealthHarmonie, your duties will include gathering supplies and equipment for the clinic, preparing examination rooms for healthcare providers, and serving as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures.

Moreover, you will engage in administrative tasks, ensuring that all reports are accurately completed and providing assistance with various administrative responsibilities.

Your contributions will facilitate the efficient operation of the clinic and enhance the quality of care provided to our patients.


  • Please be aware that our services operate seven days a week, and you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days. Typical shift hours range from 07:00/07:30 to 17:30/18:00.


Our clinics are located across various regions, and this role will require travel to multiple sites.



CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • A valid Driving License and personal vehicle are essential for visiting the various clinic locations.
  • Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software is required.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and a sense of pride in your work are essential.


Upon joining, you will participate in a comprehensive two-week training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as a Healthcare Assistant.

  • Starting salary: £24,500
  • Potential salary increase up to £26,000 upon training and certification in additional specialties (Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Gynaecology, etc.).

  • Travel Allowance: 45p per mile.
