Join a reputable M&E Service Provider as a Field-Based M&E Maintenance Technician responsible for overseeing multiple commercial properties.

This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of £43,000 per annum, along with a company vehicle and fuel card. There are also opportunities for overtime and significant career advancement.



Key Responsibilities:

Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with the possibility of overtime.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform both scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. You will also assist other trades as needed under the guidance of the operations supervisor.


Core Duties Include:
  • Conducting preventative and reactive maintenance independently.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults in electrical and building services, including but not limited to L8 compliance, AHU maintenance, fire alarm systems, lighting inspections, and heating system troubleshooting.

Relevant Experience:

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

  • Emergency lighting systems
  • Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
  • Pumps and Motors
  • Plumbing systems
  • General maintenance tasks

Essential Skills:

The successful applicant must possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical building services
  • A full UK CLEAN Driving Licence
  • City & Guilds Electrical Level 3 Installation or equivalent qualifications
  • Mechanical qualifications are also acceptable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance, as this role involves client interaction
