Product Structuring Specialist

Leverton Search is seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist, Associate - Private Assets to join our team. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, implementation, and ongoing administration of semi-liquid private market funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement semi-liquid investment funds.
  • Contribute to the creation, documentation, financial analysis, and introduction of new and existing funds, including investments in infrastructure, secondaries, private credit, and private equity.
  • Analyze competitors' offers in the market and project future trends, focusing on investor demand and regulatory changes.
  • Manage the project management of all governance-related procedures, including the formation of new funds, product feature enhancements, and regulatory adjustments.
  • Support the development of comprehensive product solutions by managing governance elements of new SMAs and other customized solutions, assisting with insurance-related product proposals, and providing customizable access to closed-ended funds to meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with European fund range strategy, development, and management, including UCITS and AIFMD.
  • Knowledge of regulatory formats and fund structuring for semi-liquid products and other private markets structures.
  • Previous experience with investment strategies within private credit, private equity, or infrastructure.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Professional qualifications, including CFA, ACA, or other equivalent, are preferred.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, covering investments, distribution, compliance, and operations.
  • Previous examples of process improvement, ensuring consistent performance improvement and process development.
