Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Engagement Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with various stakeholders to further our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to enhance our services and reach
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups and organizations
- Collaborate with our team to design and deliver projects that meet the needs of our service users
- Contribute to the development of our co-production principles and ensure their effective implementation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. You should also have a strong understanding of co-production principles and their application in a charity setting.
