Repairs Supervisor Opportunity at Orona UK

Orona UK is a leading provider of lift solutions, with a presence in 100 countries and 300,000 lifts worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Repairs Supervisor to join our London team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair Job Planning: Ensure that repairs are carried out safely, on time, and within budget by planning and coordinating the necessary resources.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of repair engineers and subcontractors, providing support and training to maximize their skills and productivity.
  • Paperwork and Administration: Deliver accurate and timely paperwork, manage time on site, and liaise with the office-based support team to ensure repair parts are available as required.
  • Customer Facing: Work in a customer-facing environment, building good working relationships, providing updates and feedback to clients on progress.
  • Risk Assessment: Complete risk assessment methods to identify and mitigate hazards prior to work being carried out.
