About the Role
Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Chester Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and rehabilitation to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of treatment standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Evidence of further professional training and continual professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Competent and confident IT user, with the ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload.
