Exciting Opportunity for a Maintenance Plumber

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive Mechanical / Plumbing maintenance in a commercial building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
  • Perform PPMs or strip downs on pumps, replacing seals, bearings, valves, and overhauling as needed
  • Conduct water treatment tasks, including dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, and chemical dosing
  • Work on water pressurization units and chlorifiers, including annual inspections and descaling
  • Assist with steam plant maintenance

Requirements:

  • NVQ in Mechanical & Plumbing
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • L8 Water treatment certification
  • Air Handling units experience
  • Multi-skilled with ability to travel back home after finishing work

Working Hours and Contract Details:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Temp to perm contract
  • Parking available on site
