Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and deploy critical infrastructure for key SaaS platforms, ensuring alignment with performance, security, scalability, and other requirements.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders, other departments, and external cloud partners to strengthen relationships and facilitate effective communication.
  3. Contribute to a dynamic workload, acting as a trusted hands-on figure in the Cloud team, balancing operational support and improving automation/technical offerings around platform deployment/maintenance.
  4. Work closely with tooling/offerings such as Azure/DevOps, Terraform, ITSM, and more.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience with Azure & Azure DevOps.
  2. Desirable skills include ITSM offerings, Terraform, Git, ITIL, AD/EntraID, SQL/AzureSQL, PowerShell/Bash, and Linux.
  3. Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
  4. Flexibility and eagerness to work in a role with a varied workload and new challenges.
  5. Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
