Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers on multiple live projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers on multiple live projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with other teams, including design, construction, and operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on highway design and infrastructure development
  • Chartered or Incorporated status with ICE or IStructE
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement solutions to complex problems
