Junior HR Business Partner Opportunity

Encirc is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior HR Business Partner to support the employee lifecycle and contribute to the achievement of organizational and HR goals. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with the HRBP to implement HR, employee, and organizational policies through administration support and project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the HRBP to deliver HR services and projects
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related activities
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Human Resources or related degree
  • CIPD Qualified (desirable)
  • Experience in an HR role or similar field
  • Project management experience (desirable)
