Position: Automotive Sales Consultant

Salary: £20,000 base with an achievable OTE of £45,000, plus vehicle provision

Location: Rochdale

Richard Abson Group is collaborating with a prestigious automotive dealership in Rochdale to recruit skilled and dedicated New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultants.

In this role, you will be responsible for marketing both new and pre-owned vehicles, working alongside a team of Sales Consultants to meet and surpass established sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a primary dealership setting is essential.

The compensation package includes a base salary of £20,000, complemented by a realistic and uncapped OTE of £45,000, which is calculated not only on the number of units sold but also on the profit generated per vehicle.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, with alternating weekends off. Additionally, you will receive 50% of your OTE for the first four months to assist with your transition into the role.
