Property Repair Specialist at Norse Group

Norse Group is a collaborative initiative with local councils, dedicated to delivering comprehensive maintenance and repair services across various properties. We are currently seeking a Property Repair Specialist to support our maintenance teams in executing refurbishments within the designated areas. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Property Repair Specialist, your role will involve performing a range of general maintenance tasks primarily on council-owned properties, though it may extend to non-residential and commercial sites as needed. Responsibilities will encompass waste disposal to designated facilities, vegetation management, heavy lifting, working at heights, basic construction tasks, fence repairs, cleaning, and PAT testing (training will be provided).

It is crucial that you carry out your duties efficiently and to the specified standards, including the collection and return of materials to storage as required. When necessary, you will also assist skilled tradespeople in the preparatory work essential for delivering these services.
