We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Head of Department to join our dynamic team at The Ten Percent Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the residential conveyancing team to ensure exceptional service delivery and high-quality results.
  • Supervise and support less experienced colleagues and junior staff to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring the team is up-to-date with best practices.
  • Drive the team to meet monthly targets and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of PQE with a strong background in residential conveyancing.
  • Previous experience in managing a team or department.
