About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our client, One Legal, a shared legal service between four councils in Gloucestershire. As a Commercial Lawyer, you will be part of an experienced and supportive team, providing a wide range of legal advice and support in relation to contracts and procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full range of general contract and procurement matters, including commercial work, construction contracts, grants, and projects.
  • Support the development of regeneration schemes, grant funding for community-based projects, and setting up joint venture companies for the delivery of council functions.
  • Assist in implementing the Procurement Act 2023 and provide governance support.
