Job Summary:

The Retail Appointment Live is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee the success of one of our optical retail sites in East London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, ensuring a first-class customer experience, and fostering team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive the success of the store, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
