HSSU Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HSSU Coordinator to join our team at Nuffield Health's Woking Hospital. As an HSSU Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Hospital Sterile Services Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and dispatch used surgical instruments
- Receive and store sterile surgical equipment
- Support the theatre team with equipment and supplies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Dispose of contaminated waste in accordance with hospital policy
- Perform regular equipment checks and report any faults
- Ensure a clean and tidy working environment
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of up to £24,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work 37.5 hours per week and enjoy a range of benefits, including free private healthcare and gym membership.
