Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location: UK

Salary: £43,000-£45,000

Hours: Monday - Friday Double Days

A leading manufacturer in the UK with a proud reputation is seeking a dedicated Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring safety and minimal production disruption.
  • Perform routine inspections and testing of equipment.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure all machines run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Implement improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in the FMCG sector is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including fault finding and diagnostics.
  • Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical engineering (electrical bias preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills.
