We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist at First Choice Staff. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of shipments in accordance with compliance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming and outgoing shipments in line with compliance procedures.
- Scan and process shipments in accordance with GSDP checkpoint REF guide.
- Perform manual lifting of shipments as required.
- Ensure the warehouse is left in a clean and tidy condition after each shift.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the correct functioning of the Service Centre.
- Utilize a computer system to perform duties.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing parcels are processed quickly and efficiently with high levels of precision, meeting all areas of process quality and compliance within agreed timeframes.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Able to work to strict deadlines.
- Able to perform physical requirements of the role.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
