Business Systems Analyst

A well-established business is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join its team in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.
This role is based in the office, 5 days a week, and involves managing an evolving portfolio of digital systems and application change projects.
As part of a growing agile Information Systems department, you will analyse, deploy and enhance critical applications across the business, improving HR, Finance and IT systems.
To be suitable for this role, you must be a capable Systems Analyst with proven experience of managing projects, improving business processes and enhancing business systems.
You will be a methodical problem solver and self-starter with excellent communication skills required to capture user requirements and manage effective change programmes.
