Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter and Plumber to join our team as a Multi Trade Operative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class repairs service to our properties, covering a wide range of areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance work on properties, including carpentry and plumbing tasks
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Experience in carpentry and plumbing, with skills in other trades
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
