About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our CRM efforts as a Senior CRM Executive. This role will be responsible for driving customer communications and marketing automation throughout the customer lifecycle, with a focus on email marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to support different stages of our products' lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define audience segmentation and contact strategies for campaigns.
  • Analyze results, propose optimizations, and drive improvements in customer messaging.
  • Take ownership of CRM processes for specific products.
  • Proactively identify and address any risks or issues.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in email marketing and CRM campaigns.
  • Understanding of data requirements for CRM campaigns.
  • Ability to create engaging and relevant customer messaging.
  • Interest in small business finance.
