Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Account Manager to join our Data Insights division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely data collection and accurate data submission, and identifying areas for increased interaction and service development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of accounts and be the dedicated point of contact for each
  • Ensure regular and appropriate levels of communication are maintained
  • Identify areas for increased interaction and service development
  • Ensure timely data collection and accurate data submission for each account

About the Role:

This is a dual-focused role, requiring a strongly customer-focused outlook and excellent communication skills, as well as a data-focused, problem-solving, logical approach. You will work closely with our team to ensure the accurate submission of over 15% of the UK's total packaging recycling obligation.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and proactive individual
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong numeric reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a busy team
