The Role: Jewellery Craftsperson

As a Jewellery Craftsperson, you'll thrive in our energetic and dynamic workshop environment. You'll take pride in your craftsmanship and push boundaries when executing orders to the highest standard. Your role will involve assisting the Production Admin Assistant in ensuring the timely production of all orders and trials.

Workshop Overview

Our workshop serves as a central hub for creating our personalized jewellery programmes, based in London. Our mission is to optimize the quality, efficiency, and development of these programmes while providing a central learning and development space aligned with Astrid & Miyu's standards of craftsmanship.

What Success Looks Like

  • Jewellery Production:
    • Confidently assemble our Story Chain offering in 9ct Gold.
    • Ensure all orders are accurate by thoroughly understanding the product assembly process and production guidelines.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and precision in every piece crafted.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Work effectively with the Production Admin Assistant and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
    • Contribute to a positive and supportive workshop environment.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
    • Actively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the role.
