Position Overview:


The Logistics Support Specialist will play a crucial role in the Despatch Department, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods are processed efficiently to meet the company's standards and fulfill customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the Work Instructions for each specific task assigned.
  • Collaborate with couriers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage the picking and packing of orders for both domestic and international shipments.
  • Conduct monthly and annual inventory checks of all stock items.
  • Ensure that all contact lenses are thoroughly checked, labeled, and packaged, while rejecting any non-compliant products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Fulfill any additional tasks necessary for the efficient operation of the Despatch department.
  • Support other departments as needed to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing outstanding support.

Educational Requirements:

  • GCSE qualifications with a minimum of Grade C / Level 7 in English and Maths.
