About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Conveyancing Assistant to join our dynamic conveyancing team at G2 Legal Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our conveyancers with managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist conveyancers with the preparation and drafting of essential legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
  • Maintain and update case files, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, managing diaries, and responding to client inquiries.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in a conveyancing assistant role or within a property law environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using case management systems and other legal software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
