In this position, you will play a vital role in enhancing the visitor experience at the National Trust, contributing to memorable outings for our guests. As a Culinary Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be front-of-house engagement, directly interacting with our visitors. You will warmly welcome and attend to everyone who visits our café. With your passion for customer service, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence, you will ensure that every guest enjoys their time with us. This is a dynamic environment where teamwork and adaptability are essential. You will be attentive to guests' needs, ready to assist and make recommendations. Maintaining high standards of food and beverage preparation and presentation is crucial. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that all displays and signage are accurate and visually appealing. Occasionally, you may assist the kitchen team with food preparation. Comprehensive induction and training in food safety and allergens will be provided, along with opportunities for further professional development.Ideal Candidate
No prior experience is required, but we welcome applications from individuals who are:• Team-oriented or capable of working independently.
