We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Parexel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a key role in our Global IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex systems projects globally, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency of critical systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to IT teams across multiple technology disciplines, promoting standardization and best practices.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for regional and global technical issues, providing expert support and resolution.
  • Oversee the technical management, operation, and maintenance of server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Monitor and maintain systems and services, identifying and resolving problems, inefficiencies, and performance issues.
  • Evaluate, test, and recommend solutions to improve infrastructure and services.
  • Implement systems and ensure quality standards, providing ongoing information to management and peers on the general health of the environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to Parexel, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering role, with a strong background in infrastructure management.
  • Proven expertise in VMware VSAN and VCF, with a solid understanding of Cisco UCS hardware platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking and storage arrays/networks, with a plus for experience with Zerto.
