About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leader to join our team as Vice Principal. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational vision and direction of our academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive performance improvements in teaching and learning, with a focus on academic excellence and student outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the educational experience and achieve our academy's goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with the executive principal and head of school to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote academic excellence and student well-being.
