Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to join our team at Prestige Recruitment Specialists. As a Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our operations, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Management: Oversee the technical aspects of our operations, including the management of technical systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of technical staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including production teams, quality assurance teams, and senior management.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues, including equipment failures and quality control problems.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our operations comply with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, science, or technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical operations role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, including experience with quality control systems, technical systems, and process improvement techniques. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and productivity.
