We are seeking an experienced Associate Director with rail expertise to lead our Wales and West Region. As Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving the growth of Egis within the region, while safely delivering £50-100m portfolios of challenging rail infrastructure projects for clients such as Network Rail, Transport for Wales, HS2, and Train Operating Companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and deliver a regional business plan, driving growth and success in the Wales and West Region.
- Develop and implement effective organisational structures and skill bases to meet the needs of the region.
- Lead business development and tendering activities within the region, implementing strategic marketing campaigns to secure new projects.
- Ensure the successful delivery of all contracts, adhering to Egis processes and procedures, and maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
- Manage regional P&L, achieving targets and ensuring a robust cash flow.
- Act as key account manager for regional clients, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Lead the regional office and staff engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Member of the Association of Project Management (or equivalent).
- A degree or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in project management and delivering complex rail projects.
- Experience implementing GRIP, PACE, Pathway, or other project management methodologies.
- Strong NEC3 contract administration experience.
- Ability to interrogate project programmes (P6 and/or MSP).
- Strong financial management and control experience.
