Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth
• Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to achieve exceptional results
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and labor costs to optimize efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences
