Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)(RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Wallace Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviors.
About the Role:
- Provide outstanding nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized approaches to meet the unique needs of each service user.
- Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to healthcare procedures and guidelines.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of care plans, working collaboratively with service users, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
