Job Description

Ashton Recruitment is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our client's retail department at Nutts Corner. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers using clamp & boom attachments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sortation of goods
  • Picking and packing
  • Unloading and loading of company vehicles using forklift
  • Working as a team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Scanning products using hand-held scanners
  • All other warehousing duties as required
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures as set out by the client
Requirements:
  • Valid Counterbalance Licence
  • Excellent work ethic to keep up with the team to ensure targets are met
  • Computer Literate
  • Ability to motivate yourself to complete the job to highest standard possible
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Criteria:
  • Own transport is desirable as due to location public transport is inaccessible
  • Previous experience with boom / clamp attachments
