Join the University of Westminster's ambitious and forward-thinking team as a Westminster Working Cultures Administrator. This exciting opportunity is exclusively open to University of Westminster graduates.

About the Role

The Westminster Working Cultures (WWC) programme is dedicated to supporting students in developing the skills they need to succeed after graduation. As a key member of the WWC team, you will work closely with students, graduates, and industry partners to deliver an exceptional experience across various programmes and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for WWC programme elements, including travel logistics, event organisation, and student application processing.
  • Act as a first point of contact for students and provide high levels of customer service.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the WWC programme and ways of working within the team.
  • Support the development of employability skills across 3 WWC UK programmes, 8 WWC International trips, and a range of events annually.
