Job Title: Information Security/GRC Specialist

Iceberg Cyber Security is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Information Security/GRC Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for structuring our cybersecurity assurance program and ensuring the security posture of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security consulting, security controls testing, and internal security audits. They will be confident in working with various frameworks such as ISO, CSA, and NIST, and have experience in testing security controls using both manual and automated methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity assurance program
  • Conduct security controls testing and audits
  • Work with various frameworks and standards to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security posture
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in information security consulting, security controls testing, or internal security audits
  • Confident working with various frameworks and standards
  • Experience in testing security controls using manual and automated methodologies
  • Strong passion for information security and a drive to improve security posture
  • Experience in the financial services or financial technology industries
